Ingredients
½ head cabbage, thinly shredded
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ c. dry white wine (not cooking wine)
¾ tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Peanut oil

Preparation
Place the wok over medium high heat and put 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat the oil and add garlic and cabbage. Put wine and cover the lid. Steam the cabbage for sometime. Remove the lid and remove the excess oil from the cabbage. The cabbage should be crunchy. Add seasoning, soy sauce, pepper and salt. Mix it well. It can be consumed as a side dish or with rice as a complete meal.
