Cooking Noodles in a Wok

NOODLES WITH CRABMEAT SAUCE

5 oz. fine egg noodles
Salt as per your requirement
1 finely chopped onion
½ cup watercress
1/2.cup Chinese cabbage
2 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 cup. Chicken stock
1 tsp of cornstarch
1/4 cup of water
1 tsp. Soy sauce
2 sm. cans crabmeat
Wok for frying

Preparation

Put noodles in a boiling salted water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain the water from the noodles and keep them warm. Put oil in the wok and allow heating it. Put onion and fry till it turns brown. Add crabmeat, chicken stock, cabbage and seasonings and let it cook for 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup of water and add to it. Continue stirring the mixture till it is clear and thickened. Add soy sauce and finely chopped watercress to the mixture in the wok and stir well. Serve it by pouring the mixture on hot noodles.
