Garlic Ginger Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients
1 pounds Boneless pork, cut in thin strips
2 teaspoon California Style Blend Minced Garlic
¼ pounds Snow peas, trimmed
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 cup Orange juice
3 Green onions, sliced
1 Red pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Method
To make this recipe, take a medium bowl and put ginger, garlic, orange juice, cornstarch and soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients properly. To stir fry pork, heat oil in a wok and stir fry pork till they are light brown. To the pork add vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes. Now to the pork and vegetables pour cornstarch mixture and cook it till it is thickened.
You can relish this recipe with rice.
