Ingredients:
1 ½ cup chicken cubes
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon wine
½ cup bamboo shoots sliced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
3 cups coarsely shredded zucchini
Salt to taste
Method
1. First of all marinate the chicken with wine, salt and soya sauce.
2. Place wok on the fire and put oil in it. Heat the oil till it smokes.
3. Add chicken in the wok and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. Add sliced bamboo shoots, zucchini, 2 teaspoons sugar and ¾ cup water
5. Cook for 7 1/2 minutes over medium high heat
6. When zucchini is cooked and tender and the liquid in the wok is reduced to half remove from fire.
